Make sure that your linens are washed in time for your next booking with our linen hire or customer owned laundry service. 

We provide the hospitality solution for bedding, kitchen and bathroom linens with short-term, seasonal contracts that add flexibility. Adjust your quantity with your volume, and cancel any time. 

A reliable twice-weekly delivery and collection service for accommodation with over 30 bedrooms or if less, we ask that you collect from us.

We work with you to make -sure that you are happy with the volumes, and can easily adjust the volumes if you have a cancellation or increase in bookings.
Linen Solutions
We provide premium quality linen hire to hospitality customers across the New Forest with a minimum of 10 bedrooms or 10 rooms. For hospitality customers with over 30 rooms please contact us for special pricing.
Linens are purchased from 
established and reputable providers for quality hotel-standard linen. 
All linen is colour coded so you can easily identify the various sizes. The linen will be washed together, and not mixed with other washing. It's your very own exclusive supply. 









How does linen hire work?
Gain peace of mind knowing that you have quality linens available for your guests with our linen hire service.
We supply quality linens for your holiday let (of at least 10 beds or 10 rooms), arranging a rotation of stock so that you have supply available between guests. With a regular collection and drop off day, you can be assured that you'll have a supply of freshly washed and ironed linens for your next arrival.

The quantity of linen will depend on the frequency of changeover days, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We will work with you to calculate the number of linen sets that you need. Contact us to discuss your requirements. 
Frequently Asked Questions

I have a zip bed - how does this work with linen hire?
We would recommend keeping a spare set handy that would make sure you have the right linen available when needed. On collection, we'll simply collect and replace what you've used. 

What happens if I have a cancellation?
We will be happy to adjust the quantity you need, just give us a call. 

I've just had a last-minute booking - can I request more bedding?
When we agree on your volumes, we'll work to the maximum amount of linen that you need. In this scenario, if you need extra we can work together to provide the linen you need.

I'd like to decorate my property for a special event. What extra services do you provide?
We love special events and can help by providing table cloths, napkins and even chair covers! We just need a weeks notice to get this arranged for you!

I'd like to use my own linen, and just need laundry, is this something you can help me with?
Yes, we are happy to provide a laundry service for your own linens at £4.50/k and ask that you drop off and collect the linen from our premises. As sizes and specifications vary between suppliers, e.g. button down duvet covers, or extra large bath mats, we will need to discuss pricing separately, and will advise the best solution for you. 

How often do you pick up the linen?
For holiday lets with more than 30 bedrooms, we offer a twice weekly collect and drop off service. For those with less than 30 bedrooms, we ask that you drop off and collect your linens from our premises.
