Part-Time Administrative Assistant
EdKa Laundry Ltd are currently looking for a part time Admin Assistant based in Totton to support the director with both of her businesses in the tourism and hospitality industries.
This role would be best suited to someone with PA experience or with previous experience directly reporting to a company director. This is a fairly new and exciting company, and we are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic in assisting the director to grow both businesses.
It will be mainly office based in Totton however due to the nature of the business there will be requests for assistance from the director out of hours.
You will be required to hold a full driving license as some site visits will be necessary.
All training on our systems will be provided.
Key elements of the role will include:
• Responding to customers emails and messages
• Creating documents
• Completing ad hoc tasks such as chasing information
• Completing urgent tasks including scanning, copying etc.
• Keeping Airbnb guests updated with check in information
• Processing invoices or payments
• Some driving required to assist the director
Part Time - 15/hours per week
Primary location for this role is Totton
• An ability to organise and prioritise tasks
• An ability to use own initiative
• An ability to work under pressure
• Able to work alone
• An ability to maintain attention to detail when dealing with repetitive tasks
• Good Literacy and IT skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
