I have a zip bed - how does this work with linen hire?
We would recommend keeping a spare set handy that would make sure you have the right linen available when needed. On collection, we'll simply collect and replace what you've used.
What happens if I have a cancellation?
We will be happy to adjust the quantity you need, just give us a call.
I've just had a last-minute booking - can I request more bedding?
When we agree on your volumes, we'll work to the maximum amount of linen that you need. In this scenario, if you need extra we can work together to provide the linen you need.
I'd like to decorate my property for a special event. What extra services do you provide?
We love special events and can help by providing table cloths, napkins and even chair covers! We just need a weeks notice to get this arranged for you!
I'd like to use my own linen, and just need laundry, is this something you can help me with?
Yes, we are happy to provide a laundry service for your own linens at £4.50/k and ask that you drop off and collect the linen from our premises. As sizes and specifications vary between suppliers, e.g. button down duvet covers, or extra large bath mats, we will need to discuss pricing separately, and will advise the best solution for you.
How often do you pick up the linen?
For holiday lets with more than 10 bedrooms, we offer a twice weekly collect and drop off service. For those with less than 10 bedrooms, we ask that you drop off and collect your linens from our premises.
